TITLE 42 Chapter 4 Article 2 NOTE

OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

ARTICLE DOES NOT REPEAL CH. 2, T. 25. --While this article deals, in part, with the same subject matter as the fire safety standards set forth in Ch. 2, T. 25 for certain jails, the General Assembly, in enacting this article, apparently did not intend to impliedly amend Ch. 2, T. 25 and such construction is not necessary for a reasonable interpretation of this article. 1980 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 80-66.
